The LIPA Board of Trustees values respectful and open communication with stakeholders during the course of its meetings.  Guidelines for Public Participation at LIPA Board meetings are located at the link below. New York State’s Open Meetings Law requires that LIPA Board meetings, which are open to the public, be open to being photographed, broadcast, webcast, or otherwise recorded and or transmitted by audio or video means.  By participating in the webinar meeting, you are hereby consenting to the recording that will be publicly available.

Attendees may not share any inappropriate, insensitive, or discriminatory words or images during the any Board meeting.  Anyone who violates this requirement will be removed from the virtual meeting.
